It’s no great leap. A company that distinguishes itself by doing business differently likely treats its employees differently. We like to think so. In fact, our employee policies are regarded as not only contemporary, but progressive. By sustaining a work environment that is open, flexible and that inspires creative interaction, we’ve developed an atmosphere that people find comfortable and productive. It’s safe to say our employees concur. Every year, our turnover rate is approximately 5%.

While some companies maintain blood, sweat, and tears is the only way to achieve their goals, we choose instead to embrace something known as balance. We understand life is not just about work. It’s about maintaining responsibilities towards family; it’s about upgrading skills through company-sponsored education and training programs; and, it’s about empowering corporate citizenship through community activities and charities. We even offer employee assistance programs to provide for staff with personal, work, or family problems.

Uncommon? Apparently. Successful? Undoubtedly. But at Teranet we’ve grown accustomed to the words ‘uncommon’ and ‘successful’ being used in the same breath. We’re quite certain our employees will tell you why.
