Standard & Poor's Affirms Teranet's Rating of A+

Standard & Poor's Rating Agency announced today an affirmation of Teranet's credit issuer rating at A+. S & P recognizes Teranet's strong financial position and noted that the Ontario real estate market is expected to remain healthy and Teranet's financial profile likely to remain strong. It was also noted that Teranet is expected to continue to meet or exceed its cash flow and debt service coverage projections.
