Appointment Notice

Aris Kaplanis, President and CEO of Teranet Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Brian Kyle as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Kyle joined Teranet in May 2002 as Associate Director, Finance. In his new position, Mr. Kyle will be responsible for the controllership, treasury, tax, audit, strategic planning and corporate administration functions at Teranet.

Mr. Kyle's 15 years of financial management and leadership experience gained from holding various senior financial positions with Canadian public companies in the aerospace, consumer goods and e-commerce sectors will contribute to Teranet's continued success as a leader within the Canadian e-services business community.

Mr. Kyle holds a masters degree in business administration from Queen's University School of Business and is a Certified Management Accountant and member of the Society of Management Accountants of Ontario.
