Fill your shopping cart with property information at the GeoWarehouse Store

In response to your feedback, Teranet has expanded the GeoWarehouse transactional capabilities. The GeoWarehouse Store feature has been added, complete with a shopping cart and real-time transaction processing and electronic data delivery.

In addition to the parcel register, users can now buy other registered documents delivered directly from the electronic land registry, including instrument images (such as mortgage documents) and registered/deposited plans.

The GeoWarehouse Store is designed to serve as your one-stop shop for land data. Purchase property surveys provided by partner surveying firms (where available). A license to Streetscape imagery is available allowing imagery to be configured for use in listings and other marketing material. For users belonging to organized real estate, MPAC assessment reports available in Propertyline can now be purchased directly in the GeoWarehouse Store.

To view the products that are available within the GeoWarehouse Store Catalogue, please select the GeoWarehouse Store in the top menu bar.

The Catalogue will provide instructions and links on how to purchase each type of product. For example, certain products (parcel register, assessment reports) require a subject property to be selected. These products can be purchased by:

(a) Searching for a subject property and selecting GeoWarehouse Store in the Search Results screen;

Other products may require different workflows to purchase. Products can be accumulated in the shopping cart which is maintained throughout your GeoWarehouse session. Use Visa or Mastercard to pay for your purchases. Products will be delivered via email and can also be downloaded immediately after the transaction has been completed.
