Portas® PASS
If you've forgotten your password or need to initialize your security key - it's no problem. PASS (Portas® Administrative Self-Service) is the new automated service that enables just that.
Note: Users accessing the PASS application through a firewall, please have your Firewall Administrator allow outgoing Internet Protocol (IP) traffic on TCP address 159.18.103.193 for port 389. If you continue to experience difficulties, please contact Teraview Customer Service by email at info@teraview.ca.

Due to the nature of the encryption technology used in the Personal Security Diskette, clients that have recovered their security key must re-sign all documents containing a signature prior to the key recovery that have not yet been registered.We recognize that re-signing these documents requires additional time and effort, but it is a standard security feature of the system. We appreciate your co-operation in this matter.
