ROSCO workstations provide access to selected government databases of documents related to land registration.  Teranet has over 100 workstations located at Land Registry Offices across Ontario.

ROSCO workstation features:

• search and print Writs Certificates of Clearance and Writs Abstracts
• search and print parcel registers
• view and print electronic and imaged documents
• print transaction summary reports by reference number after each session
• two methods of payment; the Teranet Cash Card and select major credit cards
