The Purview AVM (automated valuation model) provides customers with a property value estimate at a user specified date with an associated valuation grade and neighbourhood score. This valuation grade is an indicator of the quality of the estimate. The neighbourhood score is an indicator of how well the subject property complies with neighbourhood norms.

Each query returns:

• Address cross-reference to legal description, assessment roll, and property identification number (PIN)



• Numeric valuation including confidence score and high and low value range



• Equity available (numeric value less existing un-amortized loans on title)



• Comparable sales and last sale validation (including $/sq.m, distance from subject, last sale date and price).
