Mapping Subscriptions

As part of its mandate, Teranet actively maintains the parcel mapping for properties in Ontario and offers map subscriptions to municipalities, utilities and other commercial clients. Teranet’s clients receive data updates on a regular basis to ensure that the client has access to maintained mapping and information. Map subscriptions include updates covering splits, consolidations and new subdivisions from information transferred from Land Registry offices throughout the Province.  Based on your business needs, you may choose to receive data updates:

• Once a month;
• Every two months;
• Every three months;
• Every six months; or
• Every twelve months.

If your organization requires access to more current data available, you should consider adding the Teranet GeoServer data delivery service to your organization's intranet. The GeoServer data delivery service allows you to receive electronic and transactional updates that reduce loading and integration efforts and ensure that you have all the data that has changed since your last update.

Map subscriptions are offered on a multi-year contract basis. Subscription fees are based on the number of parcels, delivery frequency and options requested within the geographic area under your organization's jurisdiction.
