Title Data Products

Title Data products are available from Teranet for properties in Ontario that have been automated and are publicly available through the POLARIS system. Some restrictions and limitations apply. Contact a Teranet Sales Representative for further information.

The Basic Property Report contains property-based information such as address and legal description.

The Day Book Reports are a set of four reports, which reflect changes that have occurred in the POLARIS database during a one-week period. The four reports are:

• Weekly Transaction Report
• Same Party Transaction Report
• Active Charges Report
• Weekly Transaction Report - Non-Certified

The Easement report provides information taken from certain types of instruments that may describe easements.

The Transfer report provides information on certain types of instruments that may relate to the transfer of property.
