Online property information and transactions
Teraview® software* facilitates secure access to and interaction with a set of government databases. It allows you to search title, electronically submit documents for registration in the POLARIS® database and to search the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General's writs of execution databases.
Online transactions made easy
Unity® transaction management services help governments and businesses manage complex e-business transactions with simplicity. It is used to offer fee, fine, invoice, licence and permit collection services. You can collect online payments using credit cards, pre-authorized debit, prepaid and credit accounts, micropayments and gift certificates.
Land information resource
With access to Ontario's land registry information, GeoWarehouse® online service is a valuable tool. Its database contains over 4 million properties from the automated land registry database and delivers the data you need in convenient reports. Best of all, reports are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week*, based on title data that is updated approximately every 10 business days (with the exception of parcel registers which are delivered directly from the POLARIS database).
Mapping information
Ontario Parcel™ is a collection of digital mapping data related to ownership, assessment and Crown parcels. It contains boundaries, supporting data and identifiers such as assessment roll number (ARN) or property identification number (PIN), which can be used to link ownership and assessment information for each individual property, or 'parcel' of land, in Ontario.
