Notre plus r\u00e9cent membre du mois est Glenn MacLaren. Nous avons r\u00e9cemment pris contact avec Glenn pour en savoir plus sur son entreprise et sur les raisons pour lesquelles il est devenu membre de Teranet\u00a0Insighters.<\/p>\n

R\u00a0: <\/strong>Je suis un expert passionn\u00e9 du secteur du cr\u00e9dit avec plus de 30\u00a0ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience en tant que courtier hypoth\u00e9caire. En tant que directeur de l\u2019exploitation, cofondateur et agent hypoth\u00e9caire chez Tribe Financial, le fait de me soucier de mes clients et de d\u00e9passer leurs attentes constitue une priorit\u00e9 pour moi. J\u2019aide mes clients \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser leurs r\u00eaves d\u2019accession \u00e0 la propri\u00e9t\u00e9, qu\u2019ils ach\u00e8tent leur premi\u00e8re maison ou qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de leur quatorzi\u00e8me maison. J\u2019adapte mon approche diff\u00e9remment \u00e0 chaque client, car je respecte le fait que tous les clients ont des besoins et des objectifs financiers diff\u00e9rents. Par cons\u00e9quent, la pr\u00e9paration d\u2019un plan hypoth\u00e9caire qui r\u00e9pond le mieux aux besoins actuels et futurs de ma client\u00e8le fait partie de mon processus de diligence raisonnable. Comme je le dis toujours\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Un tarif n\u2019est qu\u2019un tarif. L\u2019art de ce m\u00e9tier r\u00e9side dans les d\u00e9tails, en cr\u00e9ant un lien et en personnalisant l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

R\u00a0: <\/strong>Je me suis joint \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 Teranet Insighters pour rester inform\u00e9 des d\u00e9cisions et continuer \u00e0 contribuer \u00e0 faire des commentaires, au besoin. Les outils que Teranet m\u2019offre, et ultimement \u00e0 mes clients, sont inestimables. PurView et les donn\u00e9es infinies fournies par Teranet font d\u00e9sormais partie int\u00e9grante de mon entreprise. Les professionnels hypoth\u00e9caires sont appel\u00e9s \u00e0 respecter les normes les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es et Teranet m\u2019a aid\u00e9 \u00e0 y parvenir. Je suis reconnaissant \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 Insighters de m\u2019avoir aid\u00e9 \u00e0 rester au top de ce march\u00e9 en constante \u00e9volution, ce qui m\u2019a permis d\u2019offrir des exp\u00e9riences exceptionnelles et m\u00e9morables \u00e0 mes clients.<\/p>\n

Q\u00a0: <\/strong>Que mettez-vous en \u0153uvre en mati\u00e8re d\u2019innovation? Et comment cr\u00e9ez-vous un lien avec vos clients?<\/p>\n

R\u00a0: <\/strong>Dans le monde num\u00e9rique d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui en constante \u00e9volution, l\u2019adaptation au changement est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 du succ\u00e8s et a pouss\u00e9 l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019industrie \u00e0 embo\u00eeter le pas. Alors que l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client a \u00e9volu\u00e9 vers un monde num\u00e9rique\u00a0\u2013 des logiciels d\u2019application intuitifs au partage de documents, tout se fait d\u00e9sormais virtuellement, je continue donc d\u2019adapter mes processus pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de mes clients. Mon objectif a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019am\u00e9liorer et de rationaliser continuellement ce processus pour mes clients tout en maintenant les normes les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de protection des donn\u00e9es. Dans le but de connecter et d\u2019\u00e9duquer les clients en utilisant diverses voies, notamment les m\u00e9dias sociaux et des plateformes comme PurView, je peux fournir les donn\u00e9es \u00e9conomiques les plus r\u00e9centes possibles. Teranet est devenu une ressource consid\u00e9rable pour moi car il me permet de fournir toutes ces donn\u00e9es importantes \u00e0 mes clients et \u00e0 mes centres d\u2019influence.<\/p>\n
