L\u2019innovation est encourag\u00e9e, mais seulement lorsqu\u2019elle r\u00e9sout de vrais probl\u00e8mes pour nos clients.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Je pousse l\u2019\u00e9quipe \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier la qualit\u00e9 : la rapidit\u00e9 compte, mais jamais au d\u00e9triment de la fiabilit\u00e9. En particulier, je souhaite que tous les ing\u00e9nieurs et ing\u00e9nieures s\u2019approprient pleinement ce qu\u2019ils construisent.
