Firstly, it is the only application where you can perform an OWL (Ontario Writs Locator) search.<\/p>\n<p>Secondly, it is the only unlicensed application where you can perform a search writs by name and number.<\/p>\n<p>Last year, Teranet eXpress\u00ae had over 150,000 transactions for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Parcel Registers*;<\/li>\n<li>Documents;<\/li>\n<li>Writ Searches (Name and Instrument);<\/li>\n<li>And OWL (a writ search that searches all EOs in Ontario).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Who can use <em>Teranet eXpress\u00ae?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Be it legal professionals or individuals interested in obtaining information about their property, almost anyone can register with Teranet eXpress\u00ae.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the users who have been using the solution include:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>Financial and Credit Unions professionals;<\/li>\n<li>Conveyancers;<\/li>\n<li>Lawyers;<\/li>\n<li>Third Party Search services providers;<\/li>\n<li>Investigators;<\/li>\n<li>And risk management professionals.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>How much does this service cost?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>There is no fee to register with Teranet eXpress\u00ae.
