It can be done remotely and is a solution that is approved by the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.attorneygeneral.jus.gov.on.ca\/english\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ministry of the Attorney General<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.teranet.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Teranet Inc.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Why Use Online WritFiling Solutions?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>One of the biggest advantages is being able to securely issue, file, and maintain writs of seizure and sale across Ontario. Two-factor authentication is utilized to ensure that the transactions are securely submitted to the Writ System.<\/p>\n<p>This means that you are not only getting work done faster but also more cost efficiently as you are able to avoid long travel delays as well as the courier costs associated with traditional filing at Court Offices &amp; Enforcement Offices.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, with an online solution, you can benefit from extended filing and maintenance hours. WritFiling is available Monday to Thursday from 6 AM to 11 PM EST and Friday from 6 AM to 9 PM EST.<\/p>\n<p>Also, there is no time lag in submission. WritFiling transactions are immediately submitted to the Writs System and not impacted by any processing or transmission delays.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What Services are Currently Available?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>WritFiling is the\u00a0only online application in Ontario that allows you to\u00a0electronically file and maintain Civil and Small Claims Court (SCC)\u00a0writs of seizure and sale to the Ontario\u00a0Writs\u00a0System. It is also bilingual and AODA compliant.<\/p>\n<p>The following services can currently be availed:<\/p>\n<p>I.
