Le rythme des ventes a atteint un sommet en juin\u202f2021 avec plus de 43\u202f600\u202ftransactions ce mois-l\u00e0. Cette augmentation a plac\u00e9 le prix de nombreuses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/housepriceindex.ca\/category\/research\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">hors de port\u00e9e<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\"> des acheteurs individuels (ou des couples). En r\u00e9action \u00e0 cette situation, les acheteurs sont devenus plus cr\u00e9atifs, en achetant des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s en collaboration avec d\u2019autres personnes sur le titre.
