Could one of the fallouts of COVID-19 be reduced urban density?

Some speculate that as the COVID-19 pandemic continues, we could see a change to the land distribution and dwelling type of choices of people in Canada’s largest cities.

However, critics say that urban density could be important during the pandemic for increasing social connectivity while physical distancing.
