Manulife announced in early October 2018 that they are revamping their mortgage product line.
This includes:
- Readvanceable mortgages so borrowers looking for HELOCs can automatically have equity added to their line of credit as it becomes available.
- New competitive insured and uninsured mortgage terms.
- The ability to transfer to Manulife from another lender.
