It’s been just over one year since the new Canadian mortgage stress testing regulations – B-20 – were introduced.
Mortgage Professionals Canada, among others, is calling for reform, saying these regulations have stunted the housing market.
Others say that allowing Canadians to take on more debt isn’t the answer.
