Graham McLeod is currently Director, Legal in the Toronto office of OMERS Infrastructure, having joined the team in February 2019. He is responsible for providing transactional legal support on all aspects of the investment pursuit process, along with providing legal support to the asset management teams post-acquisition in the Americas.

Graham has more than two decades of experience advising on major infrastructure projects across Canada, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. This includes sectors such as: energy, digital infrastructure, transportation, petrochemicals, oil & gas, water and wastewater, healthcare and social infrastructure.

Immediately prior to joining OMERS Infrastructure, Graham was Managing Partner of a leading Canadian law firm’s Middle East offices. His previous experience also includes serving as Vice President, Project Legal Services with Infrastructure Ontario.

Graham holds the following: an ICD.D Designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors (Rotman School of Business), LL.B. and BCL from McGill University, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta.
