With 27 years of transformative HR experience across diverse industries, Dana brings a specialized focus on talent management to her role. She is responsible for the development and deployment of innovative HR strategies that enable Teranet’s business growth and strategy alignment, while driving cultural transformation and fueling organizational success. 

Dana oversees all HR pillars, including Talent Strategies, Payroll and Benefits, and Organizational Design and Governance, while leading the HR Business Partner function to support a vibrant workforce of 700 extraordinary people.
