Lawrence Franco is Vice President of the Value Added Solutions division of Teranet Inc.

Franco joined Teranet in July 2009 as Vice President of Business Development. He quickly transitioned to his current role, where he is now responsible for all of Teranet’s Value Added Solutions, while maintaining accountability for corporate strategy and business development.

Prior to joining Teranet, Franco spent 24 years with Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, the global leader in business information solutions. His most recent role was President of Dun & Bradstreet Canada and Latin America where he drove top line growth, achieved year over year margin growth, world class employee engagement scores and top tiered customer satisfaction ratings. He started as a Business Analyst in Vancouver in 1984, collecting and analyzing data on Canadian business, and quickly moved into leadership roles where he had accountability to manage teams in the Vancouver, Edmonton and Calgary markets. During his long tenure with D&B, he also served as Director of Operations, Vice President of Receivables Management, and Vice President of Sales.

For a short period in 1999, Franco left Dun & Bradstreet to become the Director of Content Operation for Requisite Technologies, a start up company that created web-based content for e-commerce solutions. He returned to Dun & Bradstreet in 2000.

Franco graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 1982, with a Diploma in Financial Management.
