MLS Listing Data

  • Covers only properties listed on MLS 
  • Excludes FSBO (For Sale by Owner) transactions

Land Registry Data

  • Managed at the provincial level
  • Records all property ownership changes, mortgages, and leases
  • Includes all property sales (not just MLS-listed)
