Our most recent member of the month in 2022 is Anson Martin. We recently connected with Anson to learn more about her business and why she became a member of Teranet Insighters.
Q: Please tell us a little about yourself and your role.
A: I’ve been a Mortgage Agent with Verico – Fair Mortgage Solutions since 2010. Over the years, I have built relationships with Lenders, Realtors, Appraisers, and Lawyers to help my clients in any way I can. I work with clients that are in different situations in their life and I assist by guiding them through the mortgage process.
Q: Why did you become a member of the Teranet Insighters community, and why is customer insight important to you?
A: I joined the Teranet Insighters community in order to give my feedback on services that I find helpful, areas that can be improved, and new ideas that are in the works. I think it’s important for end users to provide their feedback so that the developers can best execute their plans which results in a win-win situation for everyone involved.
Q: What are you doing to innovate and connect with customers?
A: My client base consists primarily of existing clients and referrals from existing clients. As such, it’s important for me to be able to continue building on these relationships. Teranet plays a large role in that by allowing me to gather important information in order better serve my clients.
