This month, we are thrilled to highlight the contributions from our Teranet Insighters Member of the Month, Meg Lyttle – Broker/Owner of Nest Realty Inc. With over 13 years’ experience in the industry, Meg knows the importance of offering well-informed service to her clients and being a trailblazer within her local community.
Meg’s passion for real estate first stemmed from Sunday drives with her parents when she was young, looking at model homes and driving through neighbourhoods outside of Toronto. She proceeded to become a REALTOR ® and made the decision to open her own boutique brokerage, Nest Realty Inc., based in Chatham, Ontario.
With a background in marketing, advertising and HR, Meg was able to apply her knowledge, experience, and resources to use them in her everyday business and continue to expand Nest Realty Inc. With her husband as her business partner and Marketing Manager for the brokerage, Meg and her team have continued to find new and innovative ways to keep their clients top of mind. With their dedication and experience, Nest Realty Inc was the first brokerage in their local community to offer professional photography, video and staging services, which has only increased their competitive advantage in the local market.
As trailblazers within their market, they are also advocates for their local community and are very active in supporting local charities and participating in local fundraisers.
