As a real estate professional, Burhan is an active GeoWarehouse user. He recognizes the importance of this platform as a tool for accessing property information and completing his due diligence for his clients.
30 years ago, Burhan began his professional career as a teacher. It wasn’t until he purchased his first home and became familiar with the real estate industry that he began a passion for investing in properties and being a landlord. As his knowledge of the real estate began to grow, he decided to become a real estate professional.
“I have represented many clients for their sales and purchases. Outside of business, I dedicate my time to assisting people, especially newcomers of Canada.”
Burhan joined the Teranet Insighters to provide valuable feedback to through the community, which allows Teranet to continue to enhance and elevate the solutions offered. As a member of the Teranet Insighters Community, Burhan’s feedback has helped Teranet better support real estate professionals in their business.

“I am a strong believer of innovation because you go extinct if you do not adapt yourself according to the time and place you are living in. Therefore, I apply it as the philosophy of my life which benefits my clients and customers alike. I provide up-to-date information and tools for them so that they would not fall behind current trends. I also believe that seeking innovation and applying it in our life makes life easy and more comfortable.”
